For 4 years, I worked in the towing sector, dispatching flatbeds, snatch trucks, and heavy-duty wreckers—coordinating roadside assistance, accident recoveries, and vehicle transport with precision and urgency. I regularly communicated with drivers, law enforcement, and customers to ensure timely service, while also tracking fleet movements and managing high-volume call loads. Additionally, I spent 2 years dispatching taxi cabs, where I handled trip scheduling, driver assignments, and real-time coordination to ensure efficient customer pickups.
